As CEO, Greg has expanded the company and successfully navigated through challenging times by maintaining a practical approach that emphasizes creative solutions. His method, combining creativity and focus on fundamentals, has propelled the firm to success, especially during challenging economic times. With foundational education in Business Administration/Real Estate and Land Use Affairs from California State University, Sacramento, and a Construction Management Certification from UC Davis, Greg has carefully cultivated a reputation for excellence. His career includes crucial roles at Richmond American Homes, Armstrong Development, JP Morgan Chase, and Sleep Train prior to founding Capital Rivers. In 2015, Greg channeled his extensive experience into establishing Capital Rivers Commercial, a company that takes pride in its practical approach to real estate development, property management, and brokerage. His work is distinguished by his exceptional ability to navigate complex negotiations and regulatory landscapes, guaranteeing the success of projects from inception to completion. Greg lives in El Dorado Hills with his wife and two daughters. He is also actively engaging in the community serving on several non-profit boards including CLARA | E. Claire Raley Studios for the Performing Arts as well as Team California an economic development group.
